We look at this during the photo review step, before any sculpting begins. If there is a problem we refund you in full rather than make something that causes you trouble later.

If you send us an original character, it stays yours. We claim no rights over your design, and we do not reuse it for anyone else.

The digital sculpt we build from it remains ours unless we agree otherwise in writing. Ask if you want the file — it is possible, and it changes the price.

We publish a finished piece in our gallery only with your explicit, separate consent, which is off by default. Withdraw it at any time and the images come down.

Every image on this site is either our own work, published with customer consent, or licensed. We do not show other companies' work as if it were ours.

If you believe something we have published infringes your rights, reply to any address on this site with the details and we will take it down while we look into it.
