These terms are specific to made-to-order work. Consumer law in your country may give you rights beyond what is written here, and where it does, your law wins.
The final version of this policy requires legal review in each country we sell into.
Before you approve the preview
Cancel at any point for a full refund, for any reason or none. Nothing physical has been made and the only cost we have incurred is our own time.
After you approve the preview
Once you approve, we begin making a piece that is specific to you and cannot be sold to anyone else. From that point a cancellation is not automatic, and any refund reflects the work already done.
Tell us as early as possible. If we have not started printing, we will usually still refund you in full.
If the piece does not match the preview
We remake it at our cost, or refund you in full. Your choice, not ours.
This is the promise we can actually keep, which is why we make it rather than a general satisfaction guarantee: the preview is a specific, recorded thing that we can be held to.
If it arrives damaged
Send photographs within fourteen days of delivery. We remake it at our cost and cover return shipping if we need the original back.
What is not covered
Changing your mind about a piece that matches the preview you approved. Damage from dropping it. Colour differences caused by your screen rather than by our painting.
