Production time is listed on each product page and starts when you approve your preview. Shipping adds roughly three to five days within Korea, and seven to fourteen days internationally.

Everything ships with tracking. You get the number by email when it leaves us.

Import duty and local sales tax, where they apply, are not included in our prices and are payable by you on delivery. We cannot pre-pay these for most destinations.

We declare the actual value on customs paperwork. We will not under-declare, and please do not ask.

Photograph the packaging and the piece and send it to us within fourteen days of delivery. We remake it at our cost.
