Plain terms for made-to-order work. This document has not yet been reviewed by counsel in every country we ship to.
What you are buying
A physical figurine, made to order from photographs you supply, sculpted by a person and finished by hand.
Because each piece is made for one customer and cannot be resold, the cancellation terms below are narrower after you approve the preview than before it.
The approval step
We send you a digital preview and we do not start physical production until you approve it. This is enforced by our order system, not merely promised.
The version you approve is recorded against your order. The finished piece is checked against that version before it is packed.
Changes
Each product includes a stated number of rounds of changes to the digital preview. Additional rounds are possible; ask us and we will tell you what it costs before doing the work.
If the piece is wrong
If the finished piece does not match the preview you approved, we remake it at our cost or refund you in full, at your choice.
If it arrives damaged, send us a photograph within fourteen days and we will remake it at our cost.
What we will not make
We do not reproduce characters or designs you do not own or hold a licence for. We do not make pieces depicting real people without the consent of the person depicted, except for the customer themselves and their immediate family.
If we discover this after you have paid, we refund you in full rather than proceed.
Timelines
Lead times shown on product pages are counted from your approval of the preview, not from payment, and are estimates rather than guarantees.
If we are going to miss a date you told us about, we will tell you as soon as we know rather than on the day.
Handmade variation
Every piece is finished and painted by hand. Small variations in brushwork and surface texture are inherent to that and are not defects.
