Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate by country and is shown before you pay, not after. Korea is free; the United States and Japan are $19; most of Europe and Canada are $24; Australia is $29; anywhere else is $34.
Import duty and local tax, where they apply, are not included and are payable by you on delivery. We cannot pre-pay these for most countries.
When we quote by hand instead
Three or more people, groups that include a scene, very large pieces, complicated uniforms or equipment, and bulk work are quoted by hand after we have looked at your photos.
This is deliberate. A fixed price on work of unknown difficulty means either charging everyone for the worst case or underquoting and cutting corners on the piece. Neither is a good outcome, so we look first.
